The APHM's PETRANSLA platform acts as a one-stop interface between preclinical, translational and clinical research in neuro-oncology. It aims to strengthen interactions between clinicians, biological resource centers and research laboratories involved in neuro-oncology.
PETRANSLA mission is to facilitate the development of translational research and support academic and industrial partners in advancing innovative projects towards clinical applications and early-phase clinical trials.

The PETRANSLA platform relies on a strong and complementary ecosystem:
The APHM Department of Health Research (DRS) for regulatory support and the implementation of protocols
The APHM Biological Resource Centre (CRB BB-0033-00097) for access to annotated biological samples and cohort structuration within the framework of regulated protocols (CODECOH Declaration File DC-2026-8030)
The APHM CLIP2, an INCa-labelled Centre for the development and implementation of early phase clinical trials
Associative partners such as the patient association ARTC-Sud (Association pour la recherche surles tumeurs cérébrales Sud)and the Fondation Flavien (committed to the fight against pediatric cancers), are involved in structuring, supporting and promoting innovative projects for the benefit of patients.
Access to tissue samples, blood samples and derived biological products collected and stored under informed consent at theAPHM Biological Resource Centre (ISO 9001 and NF S 96900 certified, IBiSA labeled)
Access to associated anonymized clinical, pathological and molecular data
Support for translational research projects and clinical development strategies
Assistance in the design and implementation of early-phase clinical trials
Clinical consultancy and expertise in neuro-oncology
